The cost of staging a home is substantially less than a price reduction on the home. Each home staging is unique and different, and we are willing to do as much or as little as you like. Our job is to help you sell your home quickly and for as much money as possible. Walk through Consultation- $125.00 Realtors and homeowners can benefit from this service. Detailed Consultation- $300.00 S & S Simply Staged, LLC. will supply you with a thorough, detailed written consultation. Consultations take approximately 3 hours and are prepared by an ASP stager. Included at no additional charge is a follow up visit; to adjust or add any final touches. This fee is based on any home up to 3,000 square feet. Larger homes will be priced accordingly. For example, a 4,000 square foot home would cost $400.00. An ASP stager employed by S & S Simply Staged, will come into your home and stage all rooms, or the "focal rooms" (living room, dining room, bedroom) of your home for sale. Staging an entire home usually takes 6-8 hours and the cost range is between $750.00 - $1200.00. This fee is based on an approximate 3,000 square foot home. Accessories- Starting at $25.00 per room. You do not have to go out and purchase expensive items to stage your home. We carry our own inventory of pictures, lamps, centerpieces, plants, etc. S & S Simply Staged, will rent them to you starting at $25.00 per room, per month. S & S Simply Staged, understands the challenging Real Estate market. Our rental fee will be reduced after 3 months if your home has not sold. Please ask us for additional information regarding our new rental policy. In addition, the Homeowner also has the option to purchase these items, if they would like to take them to their new home. Vacant Homes- Price to be determined depending on selection of furniture- Personal Shopping- $125.00 per hour- We are expereinced shoppers and know where to find the best deals on accessories, furniture, etc. Let us take the hassle and stress out of shopping! Redesign, Redecorating, Color consulting- $125.00 per hour S & S Simply Staged, will come into your home,and help you arrange furniture, organize, and decorate your new or existing home. We are certified color consultants and can help you choose paint colors, tile, fabric choices, etc.
S & S Simply Staged, LLC. employs only accredited certified stagers. An ASP stager will walk through your new listings and properties for sale and supply the homeowner with their professional recommendations to market and improve the home. Usually a one hour visit and not as detailed as our 3 hour detailed consultation.
Staging of Home- $125.00 per hour.
We have many homeowners who have left their homes vacant. S & S Simply Staged, works with several rental furniture companies in the area and will assist the client in the selection of furniture to be placed in the home. Our fee is $125.00 per hour. Furniture rental agreements are between the client and the rental company. Rental companies require a 3 month rental. We also carry our own line of small furniture that we rent on a monthly basis.
