Each month we will featue a home that we feel has dramatcially improved their selling potential with the help of our staging technicques and advice. This month we are featuring a home that was lovely, but needed a little updating. The biggest flaw of this home was a bedroom that the homewoners had turned into a walk in closet. We exspressed our desire to return the room back to a bedroom to increase the value of their home. The homeowners were a little reluctant at first, but decided to take our advice. As you can see,the results are dramatic and they have increased the $$$ amount of their home.
